Confident Advice, Grounded in Care and Integrity

This role will suit a someone who is comfortable working close to the business and confident operating in complexity.

You will bring a qualification in HR and experience in a generalist or advisory HR role, ideally within a fast paced environment. You are comfortable interpreting industrial instruments, providing advice leaders can act on, and staying steady when emotion, pressure or ambiguity are present.

Beyond experience, what matters most is how you show up.

You are known for being:

  • Calm, fair and thoughtful in your approach
  • Comfortable having difficult conversations without escalating unnecessarily
  • Clear and practical, without losing empathy
  • Grounded in values, with sound professional judgement
  • Resilient and self aware in emotionally demanding situations
